X線発生装置 / X-ray Generator

イメージテック社の「X線発生装置」は、対象物内の異物や危険物を検知する検査装置で、ごみ収集場での異物検査をはじめとする多様な現場で活用されます。

本プロジェクトでは、装置の機能や役割を直感的に伝える意匠設計と、量産を見据えた板金設計・試作製作を一貫して支援。
X線発生部のコアユニットを鮮やかな赤で色分けし、安全性への注意喚起と、心臓部としての存在感を強調する意匠に仕上げました。
構造面でも、消耗品であるX線発生管のメンテナンス性への配慮や複数モデルの筐体共通化など、合理的な設計を実現しています。

３４６では、製品の魅力を最大化するデザインコンセプトの立案から、それを構造的に成立させる構想設計、詳細な3Dモデル・2D図面の作り込み、試作製作、そして組立までをトータルで担当。
本件は、３４６がクライアントのX線検査という高度技術の製品化と、市場におけるクライアントのブランド構築に貢献した事例です。

IMAGE TECH's "X-ray Generator" is an inspection device designed to detect foreign matter and hazardous materials within target objects. It is utilized across a diverse range of environments, including foreign object screening at waste collection facilities.

For this project, we provided comprehensive support encompassing industrial design—intuitively conveying the device's function and purpose—as well as sheet metal design and prototyping geared toward mass production. By applying a vibrant red color-coding to the core X-ray generation unit, we achieved a design that simultaneously serves as a safety warning and emphasizes its presence as the heart of the product.

Structurally, we realized a highly rational design by optimizing the maintainability of the consumable X-ray tube and standardizing the housing components across multiple models.

At 346, we handled the entire process: from formulating a design concept that maximizes the product's appeal, to the structural engineering required to realize it, the creation of detailed 3D models and 2D drawings, prototyping, and final assembly.

This project exemplifies how 346 contributes to translating a client's highly advanced X-ray inspection technology into a market-ready product, ultimately strengthening their brand presence in the industry.
