自律走行清掃ロボット 一望打塵 / Autonomous Cleaning Robot

「一望打塵（いちもうだじん）」は、東京機械製作所グループの技術力を駆使し、安定した自律走行を実現した自律走行清掃ロボットです。
主に建築現場などにおいて、散在する粉塵・砂利・コンクリート片・木片・ネジ・釘等の集塵を目的として開発されました。
約35リットルのダストボックスを搭載しており、最大で500mlのペットボトルサイズのゴミが収集可能です。さらに、一度の充電で約5時間の連続運転が可能なため、大規模な現場でも安心してご使用いただけます。

清掃範囲はタブレット端末から簡単に設定でき、走行速度も3段階から選択可能なため、現場の状況に応じた柔軟な運用が実現します。

集積したゴミの廃棄も簡易に行うことができるため、労働人口の減少や、長時間労働の是正が課題視される現代社会において、人手に頼らない清掃作業および省人化による労働時間削減に貢献します。

“一望打塵(Ichimou Dajin)” is an autonomous cleaning robot that utilizes the technological capabilities of the TKS Group to achieve stable autonomous operation.

It was developed to collect scattered dust, gravel, concrete pieces, wood chips, screws, nails, etc., mainly at construction sites.

Equipped with a dust box of about 40 liters, it can collect up to 500 ml of plastic bottle-sized debris. Furthermore, it can be operated continuously for about 5 hours on a single charge, so it can be used with confidence even on large-scale sites.

The cleaning range can be easily set from a tablet device, and the travel speed can be selected from three levels, allowing for flexible operation according to site conditions.

In today's society, where the reduction of the working population and excessive working hours are considered problems, the robot's ability to easily dispose of collected debris contributes to cleaning work that doesn't rely on manual labor, thus reducing labor time and improving efficiency.
